Specialized Project Experience

Mr. Baldridge has an extensive background in construction project management, inspection/observation and material testing.  His experience includes project management of road way and bridge projects, inspections and material testing from both large scale multi-million dollar projects, to smaller point inspections for commercial additions.  He has also performed inspections and material testing on concrete, and asphalt roadways, bridges, municipal projects, storm and sanitary sewers.   

While working for the Kansas Department of Transportation, Mr. Baldridge served as the Area Construction Engineer, responsible for both maintenance and construction projects for District 4 Area 2, a five county area that has more lane miles than most other areas in the state.  During this time he managed an inspection crew that had as many as 30 people inspecting several projects at any given time.  His responsibilities included overseeing inspection reports, pay estimates, and scheduling.  He solved any issues that arose on the projects including subgrade, material, traffic control, or design issues.  Also in his responsibilities, he determined future construction projects, created proposals, designs, specifications and cost estimates
